MyFoodBuddy's offerings, including our website and mobile applications, are intended for educational purposes only. User-Generated Content

Automatic Renewal

By signing up for certain subscriptions, you agree that your subscription will be automatically renewed. Unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term. The period of auto-renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed. You must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedures disclosed for the particular subscription.

Free Trial

From time to time, MyFoodBuddy may offer a free trial subscription. If you register for a free trial subscription, we will begin to bill your account when the free trial subscription expires, unless you cancel before that time.

Refund Policy

Purchases made through Apple are only refundable by Apple. Users may cancel their accounts at any time, but fees are nonrefundable. No proration of fees for partial service periods is offered.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS", without any warranties, and we do not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall MyFoodBuddy be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
